1. PayPal as a Payment Option

Important: Your order is not confirmed until you receive an order confirmation email from QUGEX. A notification from PayPal alone does not constitute official order confirmation from our store.

3. Order Currency and Pricing

All transactions processed through PayPal will be charged in the currency displayed on the QUGEX checkout page. PayPal may apply its own currency conversion rates and fees if your account or funding source is in a different currency. Any such fees are determined solely by PayPal, and QUGEX is not responsible for these charges.

5. Refunds and Disputes

All refunds for orders originally paid via PayPal will be issued back to the original PayPal account used for the purchase, subject to the terms of our Return & Refund Policy.

If you choose to file a dispute or claim directly through PayPal's Resolution Center, we will cooperate fully with PayPal's investigation process. However, initiating a PayPal claim does not guarantee a refund, and all cases will be evaluated based on our store policies.

6. Failed or Pending Payments

If your PayPal payment fails or is pending, your order will not be processed. Common reasons include insufficient funds, payment limitations on your PayPal account, or security reviews initiated by PayPal. You will need to select an alternative payment method or resolve the issue with PayPal to complete your purchase.

7. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring that your PayPal account is in good standing, has sufficient funds or valid linked payment methods, and that you comply with all terms set by PayPal Inc. QUGEX is not liable for any issues arising from limitations, holds, or suspensions placed on your PayPal account.

8. Policy Changes

QUGEX reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the acceptance of PayPal payments at any time without prior notice. Changes to this specific policy will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
