1. Shipping Destinations

We are proud to offer shipping services to a wide range of countries. Shipping options and fees may vary depending on the destination.Please provide a complete physical street address for delivery.Shipping options and costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address.

2. Shipping Processing

All orders are processed and prepared for shipment from our fulfillment center. Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. When your order has been shipped, you will receive a separate shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment's progress.

Please ensure your shipping address is entered accurately during checkout. QUGEX is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

3. Shipping Methods and Costs

We offer several shipping options to accommodate your needs. The available methods and associated costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address, the size and weight of your items, and your selected service level.

4. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days after payment confirmation. This time is required for order verification, quality checks, and careful packaging. Processing times may be extended during peak seasons, promotional events, or for made-to-order items, which will be clearly indicated on the product page.

5. Shipment Delays

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as carrier delays, weather events, customs inspections (for applicable destinations), or incorrect address information. QUGEX cannot be held liable for such delays.

6. Shipment Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will be able to track its journey using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to activate in the carrier's system.

7. Receiving Your Order

Upon delivery, we recommend inspecting your package promptly. If the packaging appears severely damaged, you may note this when signing for the delivery. For a seamless experience, please try on your items as soon as possible after receiving them, while adhering to our Return & Refund Policy guidelines.

8. Shipping Restrictions

Due to the delicate and high-value nature of our products (e.g., wedding dresses, evening gowns), we generally do not ship to P.O. Boxes. A physical street address is required for delivery.

9. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please first check with household members, neighbors, and your local post office or carrier hub. If the package cannot be located, please contact us at contact@qugex.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date so we can initiate an investigation with the carrier.
